    Thank you for your time today! I’m Marisa B Szubryt, a doctoral student at the University of Oklahoma [OU] and graduate (B.S., MSc.) of Southern Illinois University Carbondale [SIU]. I’m primarily a botanist and systematist, focusing predominantly on Astereae in North America and using a mixture of phylogenomic and morphometric tools to disentangle relationships within and among numerous genera (most prominently Euthamia [Gutierrezzinae], Ericameria [Pentachaetinae s.l.], and Heterotheca [Chrysopsidinae]).
